These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnackBreak mobile application (“App”). By using SnackBreak, you agree to these Terms.

SnackBreak is a habit-awareness tool designed to help users recognize and interrupt unconscious snacking behaviors by creating a moment of awareness before a snack happens.
By using the App, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
USE OF THE APP
You may use SnackBreak for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to:
• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
NO MEDICAL ADVICE
SnackBreak is not a medical, healthcare, nutrition, or weight-loss application.
The App is intended for general wellness, self-awareness, and habit-tracking purposes only.
SnackBreak is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Any calorie estimates, weight-related calculations, or habit insights provided by the App are informational only and should not be considered medical advice.
If you have questions regarding your health, diet, or medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
IN-APP PURCHASES
SnackBreak may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases.
• Payments are processed securely through Apple
• All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and policies
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account
• We do not manage billing or payment information directly
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, visuals, branding, trademarks, and experiences within SnackBreak are owned by SnackBreak and its creators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.
AVAILABILITY
We strive to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
SnackBreak may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SnackBreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the App
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of SnackBreak following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
